Current Annual Dues: $400

Payment due January 1 each year, please render payment in December. It is the homeowner's responsibility to pay by January 1 even if you don't receive a bill.

Whatever type of resident you are, sign up for email communications from the HOA here. This is also how the HOA board sets you up for billing (tenants will not be billed) and for sending notifications for membership meetings, votes, or community events.​​

Note: If you are a homeowner and the primary billing contact and need to change your contact information or Paperless choice at any point after signup, notify the board at maplewoodrenton@gmail.com so we know to update the billing system (this is not automatic). This is not needed for household members or tenants.
